Shipping Options

We currently offer three shipping methods:

Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days
Priority Shipping – Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping – Next business day delivery (orders placed before cutoff time)

Shipping rates for each method will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These rates are based on current carrier pricing and may change periodically to reflect postal service adjustments.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the continental United States. If you are located outside of our shipping zones, please contact us at info@melaniegrantdesign.com to inquire about special arrangements.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of each art piece sold by Melanie Grant Design, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. All sales are final. Please ensure you review all product details and images before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@melaniegrantdesign.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and do our best to make it right.
